Terms of Use

These terms apply to Campaign Status Templates (the "App"), a Salesforce package published by Elektraset, s.r.o. ("we", "us"), and to its website https://campaign-status-templates.apps.elektraset.com. By installing or using the App, you ("you", the customer) accept these terms on behalf of your organization.

1. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install the App in your Salesforce orgs and to let your users use it for your internal business. You may not resell, sublicense or reverse engineer the App, except where the law allows it.

2. Price

The first version of the App is offered free of charge. If we introduce paid plans, we will announce them on the AppExchange listing and on this website in advance, and existing installations will not be charged without your agreement.

3. Your responsibilities

• You decide which templates to create and where to apply them. Use the preview before you apply a template to existing campaigns, and test in a sandbox first.
• You are responsible for your Salesforce org, your users, their permissions and your data, and for your agreement with Salesforce.
• You give the permission sets of the App only to users who should manage or apply templates.

4. Your data

The App runs inside your Salesforce org and does not send data to us or to anyone else. See the Privacy Policy.

5. Support and updates

We provide support by email as described on the Support page. We may release updates to fix problems, follow Salesforce changes or add features.

6. Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Salesforce is not responsible for the App.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim about the App is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim (or EUR 100 if you paid nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence.

8. Termination

You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling the package. We may end your license if you breach these terms. Sections 6 to 9 survive termination.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, excluding its conflict of law rules. The courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law gives you another forum.
